What if I need support services or updates after my site is launched?

We offer monthly WordPress support as part of our website maintenance and support packages. Our website support services will keep your site updated and running smoothly.

Can you migrate my site from another platform?

Yes, our WordPress website design services include careful site migrations to WordPress from other content management systems such as Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace.

Will I be able to add content or edit my site while you are working on it?

You will retain full admin rights to your live website, as all our design work is completed in a test environment. However, to avoid you losing any content updated on your current site after we begin developing your new site, we advise that you only update content on your existing site when absolutely necessary and let us know when you do so we can copy these changes to your new design.

While your new website design is still in development, it’s important to let us handle code editing, formatting, adding new pages or changes to the site structure on the new design until the site is live.
